Is There a Right Way to Delegate?
There's no one right way to split things up, but if you're really feeling like you're doing far more than your partner and you're upset about it, then one way is to look to specifics that you might be able to hand off entirely the cues entirely. Perhaps your partner could, i don't know, be in charge of sports sign ups or doctor appointments or something like that. Other people love using a shared google calendar, which it sounds like you are already doing. But that's no substitute for having a real discussion about who owns what, who is doing what, and kind of planning out your weeks. We've done entire episodes of my other podcast, best of both worlds
