Jeff Stein: Everybody loves to talk about the giant coin. It's a great story, because it's an amazing story. The story of the coin goes back to 2011 when the Obama administration first had this sort of major crisis with House Republicans over raising the debt limit. And so people were all over the place brainstorming. How does the Obama administration theoretically get around this question of meeting Congress to approve an increase in what the US government is statutorily allowed to borrow?
