A lot of times, like, if you do have a disorganized attachment style, one of the great ways to treat it is to go to therapy. A lot of times you're going to experience all these things with your therapist. So for your therapist to kind of like gently be able to like care for you and call you out on shed and talk to you about what you're experiencing or how you're sabotaging the therapeutic relationship. Like, it's just such a wonderful relationship to kind ofLike practice in and feel better in and then go out into the world and feel more connected with all the people.
