Racial Disparities in Harm Reduction Access

This chapter examines the inequalities in access to harm reduction resources, like naloxone, among different racial groups, particularly emphasizing the historical context for the Black community and systemic neglect of Native American populations. It highlights the broader implications of these disparities, including the inadequate treatment and care individuals face within the criminal justice system.
