How to Find Your Dream Investment Property

We have 40 properties, but I would think maybe 32, 33 are actually active every single month. So we're making it anywhere from like 30,000 to highest month could be like 50,000. Right now my time is really spent on onboarding new customers, new homeowners, new clients, and really going to the properties, meeting the new homeowners. Do you personally want to own property? Or are you like, I found my thing. Well Mercedes is not making that much. The business is making good money. It's just a matter of being sidetracked because the business has grown so much.
