Marijuana Reform Is Not Going to Work
Marijuana reform is not going to escape the same kind of legislative capture that we see in every other aspect of American style capitalism. In some states like Pennsylvania or Florida and among others, we see a hyper limited number of licenses that are allowed. $50,000 non refundable application fee in West Virginia just for the right to be considered for a license. And it really is just doubling down on the class war that that is inflicted or just infected in so much of American society.
