When i was just starting out in my career, there was a man that worked in the station that i was at. And he had a lot of stress. He would disappear into his office every day for a while and then emerge with this new found energy after about ten or 15 minutes. So i tried it, and lo and behold, it started to work beautifully for me when i was working my way through all those stress and anxieties that i had myself through my early career. I get great, great feedback on that one. It's incredibly effective. My clients and students all tell me the same. The sack of potatoes exercise is what made him not feel like he was carrying the weight
