How Do You Measure Your Satisfaction?
Satisfaction is a pretty generalizable construct. We use survey research and particular contextual surveys like hats to get little bits of information out of the user's head, so we explicitly know how satisfied are you. So it shines light in an area of user wher certain quantitative metrics can be hard to establish or hard to validate as being a real happiness signal.
