How Did You Enter Into New Cultures?

Inke: I went from about a five billion dollar company to a company that was generating revenue in excess of 50 billion dollars a year. So i've always tried to be a good student when i've entered new corporations, different companies, different opportunities that i've had. And think about understanding the consumer, understanding the customer, doing my homeorg one competition, and then really drilling down on understanding the team and the people and the experts that's inside of the organization.
