He's not wrong about the Chinese side, because I think there are all these different older and newer ideas of what development means in China. But he shouldn't have brought that up in an African context. It should have been brought up in a Washington US or European context. Yeah, it was a failure of politics, not a failure of climate accounting. So yeah, kind of like this, it's a mess. It's a mess on both sides.
