We've been in a perpetual state of emergency, i think, since the thing started. But we feel like things are actually getting back to normal, till this happenedright? There's two state of emergencies going on right now. I haven't noticed even one this week. And eventually some of those people are going to be corrupt, and then you're going to have private prisons.
