Stock Market Outlook - Is There a Backstop in the Market?
The S&P is down just a few percent from those recent highs are we about to see a major sea change now? The NASDAQ's up less than 11% of the year it feels like we might be in the precipice for one of those kind of re jiggering of expectations as it relates to equity. I don't know what the optimism around stocks were because nothing really fundamentally changed there was some good price action on some basically mediocre earnings releases which I found interesting. There's this misguided belief that somehow there's a backstop in the market I just don't think it's there and I think for today at least people are coming to that realization.
