The Senate Is Just Holding Our Country Back

I hope this is a legislation that could actually make it out of the house and on to h you know, nothing happens in the senate, let's face it. But right now, the senate is just holding our country back. They're a mess, and you can't even make the caive. If we were starting this country from scratch, you would not have a us Senate. You wouldn't have one that gives two senators to every single state. Look around at state legislatures in this country. The ones that are by cameral are proportionately represented.
