The commodification of food has led the progressive activist to food porn, to estrangement of yow from the soil, and to the exploitation of workers. And so generally, it's this profound miracle of our modern system of nutrition and trade and food and growth and everything that goes into ensuring that the population continues to grow an is sustainable.
