Is the Mass Shooter Culturally Engineered?

I think it's possible to see the figure of the mass shooter as, as culturally engineered in a comparable way to how we could see Manson is more directly produced seemingly by these these experiments of the era. I'm partly trying to channel some of the arguments you guys have made here. We'll also kind of offer some of my own but I don't know to what a degree that sort of accords with your analyses as you understand them.
