Is There Something Similar to This on iPad?

The only other thing that I have used that does any kind of page layout is the Apple Pages app. And I think this is in a class of its own iPad. It's missing certain features like you can't do bleeds. You can't do a proper bleed with pages. The sort of things that you expect to do with an app like this, you can’t do in pages. So it works great. But for more advanced stuff, definitely publishers is the way to go.
