David Walliams is the author of a new book, The Psychedelic Handbook. He was part of an experiment to test whether MDMA affects serotonin function when it's under stress. His research has been published in biological psychiatry and he hopes his story will help raise awareness about drug use. A member of the public was filmed taking ecstasy live on Channel 4 last year.
