The Supreme Court Grants Er on the Ninth Circuit
Arizona's attorney general tries to intervene in the ninth circuit. Their argument being that migrants are fungable, like just because they start in california, they can end up in arizona. The department of justice and justice gorsich do not think that that is the case.
