There's a lot of information on the Internet now and guides that are available for relatively low costs that kind of show you how to progress back to normal exercise postpartum. You're building some fundamentals really usually starting with core and pelvic floor healing and then moving through some baseline strength training and then starting to get back into high intensity stuff if you want to.
