Is Inflation a Good Thing for the Housing Market?
Housing makes up 20% of g d p, but it's been realatively stable. I think higher rates have more to do with what's going in the housing market than inflation. As long as people keep their job and can still service the debt, who cares if housing prices fall? The reason that happened last time is cause people took on loans that they couldn't service.
