The Holy Spirit Produces the Life of Christ in Us
Paul explains that the spirit produces the life of Christ in us. In Philippians 2, 13, it's God who works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. The desire comes from the spirit as well as the power to do it. It's just something we know is happening when Paul says groanings that can't be uttered.
