I Don't Like Giving Money to Big Companies, Okay?

This isn't corporate welfare, this is an investment to achieve a set of national security goals. Right now it is not safe that we buy 90% of sophisticated semiconductors from one company in Taiwan. The United States military needs access to those chips. It will create I think a quarter of a million to a half a million good manufacturing and construction jobs in America.
