Single Family and Boutique Multifamily?
The majority of customers still to this day are single family and what I like to call boutique multifamily. So, so those multifamilies that you don't really have onsite management for. It's a growing segment. And we still grow that segment as a company quite aggressively. The timeframe that you mentioned 2011, 2012, 2013, I think it's fair to say that looking back at folio was really crushing and in a serious groove at that point.
