Reggie: As a manager or a leader, the first thing I would say is model what it is you want your direct report or your teams to develop or grow. So do your own work and then model that which, not in a sense of I want you to be more like me, but model your own vulnerability or development. Kent: The age old wisdom know thyself, is front and center. And those four agreements and knowing ourselves might or don't make assumptions, don't take things personally, always do your best and be impeccable with your word.
