Monish: I was losing interest as the company got bigger. My job was turning more into an HR job, but 200 people or so. And usually when I didn't enjoy what I was doing, I just resigned and found something else to do. He says a forum told him he could always own the business without running it. Just find another CEO to run it; put a smile on your face., Monish said.
