There were a number of times where this guy did really terrible things and the system sort of said, we're going to look the other way. I'm just for the sort of conservative kid who grew up in New York City dealing with all the crime stuff. But you know, it feels like a very much a flashback to arguments we had in the 70s and 80s,. particularly about the mentally ill.
