The Relationship Between Consciousness, Knowledge of Nakedness and the Knowledge of Good and Evil

When Adam and Eve realize they're naked, it's the same moment that they know the difference between good and evil. Trussifia: Why do people have this knowledge of vulnerability? And why is there such an association between snake and satan? The answer seems to me to be nothing but a destructive force against malevolence for revenge. But i don't think you can lay that precisely at god feet.
