Is There a Pilot Shortage in the United States?
There has been a pilot shortage looming, and people have been talking about it. The issue is just supply and demand ar out of balance. At our united aviaton academy, 80 % of the students, so far, or women or people of color. But there's not a quick fix to this problem, because it takes so long to get through. And we need to have really good training. We now, we don't want to hire pilots from kind of a fli by night, check the box organization.
