Do We Need George Washington Carver Back?
George Washington Carver was a prophet of sustainable agriculture. He met with pretty good results up to World War one so the number of tenant farmers in making county alabama when he showed up about 96 percent of the black farmers were tenant farmers and it drops into the 80s by World War one this is not wholly due to Carver Booker T Washington's working in prov- like buying land secretly from white people because they'll buy self to Tuskegee and then turning around and selling it secretly to black farmers. Ultimately his vision teetered and collapsed on the socio-economic limits of the south he could not overcome the structural limits of the South.
