The Importance of Equity in Teaching English as a Foreign Language

There are equity concerns about more high stakes testing and in person testing, etc. And we need to be mindful of like, how do we balance these things are equity concerns? So there's that tricky question of if we need students to spend 40 hours a week on school, what do we do? We have to compensate them so that they're not having to work.
