We're all on this spectrum of fudodiction sos. And i am a pud adict, my food adict. Id be like the alcoholic, but every day he still needs thimbleful at least a right? This is the one that we have to do. We can't abstain forever from food. If you look at those we talk about drugsa, those other things that we would talk about, that we think of as legi, are really drugs. It's not putting anybody i one box or the other. The first step is to recognize, i am this person. Number two is to recognize thereis i have lost control.
