Winter is the best time for you to hire. If you could find somebody that only wants work like five, ten hours a week and do just the administrative it would be great. Your capacity to be able to manage more people and more projects allows different partments to go forward. And our leadership people are each man in five purples inside of their departments. Inside of organized three 65 we pr have 20 purple slash pockets but i'm only actually doing actionables on 3.
