The Anti-Competitive Lobbying of Interior Designers

The American Society of Interior Designers, or ACID, has been trying to stop people from practicing their trade. In Alabama, until the state Supreme Court struck down that law, it actually was illegal to critique someone's furniture without a license. I'm right now litigating a case in South Carolina where I represent an online startup company called Alternative. It gives you an online vision exam that tests the refractive error of your eye which doctors use to write you corrective lens prescriptions for glasses or contacts.
