The Danger of Overdependency

The danger is we create a dependency on technologies which are not resilient enough. We're extremely resilient, and we need to maintain these skills. And if you take any realistic senario of the next 20 or 30 years, most societies can have fairly long periods without electricity. So just think, oh, y wen, your talking about global warming, loss of power. Look what's happened in south africae a, you can't. It's over sold as a solution. And it also has major ethical issues, which people are just starting to address. E, and also, there's a danger in overdependency.
