Under capitalism the products which labor creates appear as a loss of realization something akin to the opposite of self actualization it is the objectification of labor end quote. has been embodied in an object which has become material it is the ultimate realization then is its objectification into the form of a commodity which labor itself doesn't control. In this way Mark says the worker becomes estranged or alienated from the work they do.
