Is It Trespassing?

CNN's John Sutter asks: Is it trespassing to go into a public building and lay down ground rules for you to be in? He says there are videos that, remember that one guy saying, you have to stop this. When they were actually trying to break down the barricades, and the capital police are waving ther hed, no, not doing anything. Donald trump condemned them. They don't like the way that he condemned any of the actual violence. And they said that he didn't do it quickly enough. But keep in mind what's pivotal, peremptively, he said peacefully. That is a crime.
