The History of Nintendo's Game Boy
Nintendo produced a million Game Boys for the US in 1989 and sold all of them. American sales stood at 9 million units 3 years later. In 1996, Nintendo introduced the thinner, lighter Game Boy Pocket. Then in late 1998, the Game Boy Color was released,. It also had a bigger screen and a more natural curved case that fit better in Player's hands.
