How to Reduce the Medical Documentation Blast of Office-Based Physicians

We can't think for example that the whole nature of billing is suddenly going to change. No, it's unlikely to have such a change, at least not overnight. We could have billing be strictly a matter of physician time. I do think that revisiting the issue of the added cost of value-based purchasing on physicians administrative burden is important. It's an issue that's been frequently left out of the conversation in discussions over these schemes.
