How Did You Learn About Investing in Real Estate?

Angela: I used to be really scared of everything. Now i understand that you have to take risks in to have any type of reward. How did you learn about investing, whether it's in stocks or in real estate? It was something that i tought myself. When i bought my first house, where i'm at right now, she told me, look, angela, this is not your final home. This is your first house, so look at this as an investment.
