Is This My First Airbnb?
On the business front this is kind of just finally locked in we had an inspection done this week is potentially my first flip so we haven't closed yet. If all said and done I'm actually partnering with my friend James is a contractor on this after everything said and done running current numbers we should be looking at like almost 200k profit now again this hasn't happened yet but that would be an astronomical first flip ever. Well that's ACL is in October and that's one rice so I really need that. Okay there's the deadline there ACL and the race.
