The Grief Cycle and Systems Thinking
If you don't give them a direction and a purpose, they're going to wander around in Brownian motion. And so your enterprise management system is an attempt to try to really capture that energy and steer it in the right direction. Another concept you bring up, you bring up this grief cycle. How does it relate to systems thinking? Yeah. One of the problems is the systems get locked down and people try to make them one of the paradoxes I talk about.
