Pixar's decision to use the ocean, it just really let them flex. Like look at all this cool, you know, ray tracing we're going to do and all these pretty colors. Each film that they have comes out with their focusing on what's new in the game of 3D rendering. They had render farms bigger than any other studio. like they had an entire warehouse of computers set up just rendering single frames for each. It was crazy how much power they had.
