The Struggles of Governance in Rust

Jeremy: I would go so far as to say that like how governance works in Rust is kind of like worse than what you said. So it is true that for many teams and in particular like technical teams, which I'm already getting myself into a hole there probably. There's lots of people who have gained like leadership roles as a result of not technical communications or contributions. And I think folks that the path is much harder, I think for that.
