The Conservative Ultimatum on Free Trade?

i'm very concerned with a certain strain on the right that never would have won the cold war, and in fact, would have lambasted regan any time he talked tough to the russians. Conservatism stands for so much more than that. I find it strange that they hail donald trump as their isolationist hero. That'si's not what he was. i actually really like donald trump's policy agenda overall. After world war too, conservatives begin to adopt a more pro trade mentality.
