I don't know if you have a sense of whether the US is unique in this regard or whether some of these issues are faced by other advanced economies. I mean obviously this is an issue which will vary according to the way that the electricity markets are structured in different countries. In Europe there's been a lot of recognition that the energy crisis there and it actually kind of predates the Ukrainian situation to some extentwhether it's COVID supply chain problems. There were these kind of spikes in natural gas prices that really predate Ukraine even.
