How to Be a Good Leader to Your Team
You cannot be a good leader to your team if you're not taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself can mean something like managing your to-do list and making sure that you are working on the highest priorities for your organization. Then other things are just keeping the oxygen mask on. There were times I was overworking so much that I wasn't seeing my family and his friends, which made me bummed out.
