The Importance of Trust in the ETF Space
This is huge for many reasons, but the main reason has to be that BlackRock doesn't just file an ETF without being sure that they'll get approved. If they think they will get approved, Arc Invest, who has a filing ahead of them in line, might also get approved. But yes, I think 99% that they would not file this if they didn't think it was going to get approved relatively easily.
