The world economic forum found that two thirds of people want to continue working flex ly after the pandemic is over. But interestingly enough, there was also a third of people who said they were literally willing to quit if they were forced back the office. I've seen this anecdotay in some of the rolls that i've been hiring for as well, which is just, there's a lot of people who are like, yet my employer making me go back to the office.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
