When to Communicate, Be Contextually Around Us

Matt: My goal with each of my emails and other communications as well is to try to prevent a back and forth that could be condensed into say one email. I think of what a person's inquiries may be in almost an FAQ or a frequent frequently asked questions manner. Next one here is in the face of overwhelming details, sometimes you're working with something that's just filled with technical details. Make sure that you know when to communicate and how to communicate, be contextually around us down.
