Are Naps Good for Insomnia?

Napping can be problematic, because it could mean that you have more trouble falling asleep. For people with severe insomnia, naps are a helpful practice as they train your body to sleep at night. When we get older, we have muted circadian rhythm signals. Our arousal signals are actually dampened and so people start to accidentally fall asleep in the middle of the day. And then there's people who just like, i take a nap every day. I take a nap three times a week. This is the time i take a 20 minute nap. I feel great. No problem sleeping at night.
